• Clean and prepare job sites:

  • Clear away debris

  • Prepare and organize tools

  • Set up and dismantle equipment and fencing

  • Help set up scaffolding, ramps, barricades and other structures

• Load and unload materials:

  • Transport materials and tools from facilities to job sites or from one job site to another

  • Load and unload the materials on/off the trucks to the sites/facilities

• Assist tradespeople such as framers, drywallers, tapers, masons, and finishers on job sites with various tasks

• Assist with landscaping tasks such as cutting shrubs, branches, moving rocks, gravel, soil and leveling earth

• Assist in demolishing structures and clearing away debris including hazardous materials like asbestos

• Operate hand and power tools and other construction equipment as needed

• Perform and assist with other activities at job sites as directed by Project Manager and tradespeople​​​

Sheet Metal Worker - Team Lead

• Install sheet metal products on residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes provided by the design team

• Install and use rigging and hoisting equipment

• Operate machines such as shears, brakes, punches, and drill presses

• Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces

• Understand engineering and architectural drawings, sketches and work specifications

• Lay out, measure, and mark sheet metal based on drawings and specifications

• Inspect product quality and installation to ensure adherence to specifications and overall design standards

• Lead group of sheet metal workers by providing hands on training, instructions and clarifications from design team, and demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism
