Cities By Design is a proposal for adaptive reuse of the Halifax Memorial Library located on Spring Garden Road. The project has been approved by the council and is awaiting final confirmation.
Synthesis Design Build participated in the preliminary design with Dalhousie University, and then developed the proposal.
